In January 2020, Chinese authorities confirmed a new type of coronavirus, known as 2019-nCoV. The Ministry of Health is monitoring the situation closely and following guidance from the World Health Organization.

People calling that line will be able to talk with a member of the National Telehealth Service. They have access to interpreters.
