  • Please DO NOT come in without an appointment, we need to screen all patients first. Please call us to make an appointment. If you make an appointment online, make sure you do not have any Covid symptoms.
  • If you feel unwell with any Covid symptoms, please stay at home.

Covid symptoms may include:

  • A new or worsening cough
  • Fever
  • Shortness of Breath
  • Sore throat
  • Sneezing and runny nose
  • Temporary loss of smell

If you need a Covid swab, you can visit a Community Based Assessment Centre (CBAC). There are 2 in Christchurch at the moment.

  • Whānau Ora Community Clinic CBAC (Wainoni), 250 Pages Road, (Wainoni). Currently open 9am – 3.30pm, 7 days a week (hours subject to change)

If you have an appointment:Β

  • Social distancing rules must be observed so we ask all patients to WAIT IN THE CAR until your appointment, rather than in the waiting room. You may wait in the waiting room if you did not come by car. WEAR A MASK IF POSSIBLE.
  • Due to the limited seating in our waiting area, we kindly ask that only the person with the appointment (plus a parent if under 16yrs old) come in, or with a support person if needed.

To notify us that you are here for your appointment you can either:

  • Come in to the practice and speak to the reception before going back to your car
  • Or give us a call on (03) 3725190 to let us know you have arrived

Thank you for your cooperation. Stay safe 😊
